The Oil and Gas International Services Group, OGSG is
a joint venture which is based on a voluntary association of
independent  Hungarian  legal  identities  established  to
undertake contracts abroad.

The primary daily work of the co-operating parties is the
execution of tasks related to design, operation, installation,
maintenance  and  engineering  development  in  the
Hungarian oil and gas industry. These tasks have been
carried out since the early years of the sixties when the
predecessors of the parties were founded. Their work is a
major  contribution  to  the  world  standard  production
processes in the Hungarian oil and gas industry.

Based on the activities of the member companies (as
described in the forthcoming pages) the Group undertakes
the  execution  of  projects,  including  organisation,
construction design, construction and maintenance of
hydrocarbon and  chemical facilities,  as well  as the
provision of engineering conditions for the operation of
such  facilities.  The daily work of  member companies
dealing with direct maintenance and repair is closely related
to the operating tasks of hydrocarbon  industrial  baþes
located in the vicinity of their premises.

These  companies  were  gradually  separated  from  the
organisation of Hungarian Oil and Gas Industry Co.,
MOL as part of the process of restructuring the Hungarian
national economy taking place early in the nineties.

In accordance with their history, the member companies of
OGSG  have twenty to forty years of engineering  and
professional experience in establishing technical conditions
for the various facilities of hydrocarbon production and
stocking and processing divisions, including operation and
maintenance.

Thanks to the influence of the world  market and the
business and technical development policy of MOL Co. the
member companies of OGSG are forced to keep pace with
the state of the art prevailing in the world by taking over
and utilising the most advanced technical and operating
solutions and practices of the sector. The members of
OGSG  have  been  completing  tasks  related  to  the
maintenance,   major   overhauling   and   immediate
troubleshooting   of  facilities  for  production,  processing,
transport and storing of oil and gas in Hungary.

The  members  of  OGSG  maintain  a  continuous  co-
ordination and co-operation. The quality assurance systems
of the independent companies comply with the standard
ISO EN 9001- 9002. A number of member companies work
with certified quality assurance systems. The head of the
quality management reports directly to the chief executive
officer in every case. The quality assurance systems, co-
operating experience and expertise of the OGSG means a
safety for the customers.

The safety technologies applied by OGSG - e.g. pressure
tests, qualification of safety systems, welds, crack and
insulation test, measurement of wall thickness, calibration
of fittings, etc. - belonging to the state of the art category,
the experts are participating in qualifying examinations on a
regular basis; the relevant certifications are available.
