The company was created from the operating, maintenance, caretaker and security organisation of the Zalai Refinery of MOL Co. The assets necessary for the operation were taken over from the legal predecessor. The primary function of the company is still the maintenance of plants of the Zalai Refinery of MOL Co., including the repair and troubleshooting of their equipment.

FIELD OF ACTIVITIES

  • Maintenance of chemical machines and equipment.
  • Repair of and fabrication of pipe bundles for heat exchangers and condensers, including preparation for inspection by the authorities.
  • Repair and overhauling of armatures and safety valves.
  • Maintenance and repair of steam boilers, including the preparation for structural inspection.
  • Maintenance and repair of pipe furnaces, including the flaring of pipes.
  • Maintenance and repair of compressors, pumps, fans, drive gears and agitators.
  • Repair and construction of the electrical, mechanical and pneumatic controlled machines and equipment.
  • Installation and repair of pipelines (technological, steam, air, water).
  • Maintenance and inspection of lifting equipment.
  • Operation of heavy current electric cables and aerial line systems, supervision and operation of transformer stations, electric facilities, distributing equipment and electric power systems.
  • Designing, inspection and certification of electrical systems.
  • Electrical measurements.
  • Welding and construction of pipelines.
  • Designing and construction of steel structures, metal framed storage sheds.
  • Maintenance, repair and adjustment of control and regulating instruments and control circuits of chemical technological equipment and processes.
  • Measurement of vibration, ultrasonic measurements, testing of machine condition.

The company has obtained standard certificate according to MSZ 4362 for maintenance, repair and installation of boilers, pressure vessels, steel structures and industrial pipelines. They are also certified for the repair, cleaning and testing of tanks used for storing of combustible materials.
